Little Florist Dream only has https://littlefloristdream.com, https://www.facebook.com/littlefloristdream , and https://www.instagram.com/littlefloristdream.sg/ as official accounts.
Do not copy and use Little Florist Dream’s product images for other purposes or advertising as your own.
Do not use Little Florist Dream’s logo sticker on any other flower products that are not arranged by our florist.
- Payment term
Customers are required to make full payment at the time of purchase with Little Florist Dream.

Customer Service
- Delivery
Little Florist Dream will deliver the product to the agreed location within the time slot. Click here to find out more on Delivery Service.
- Customization
Little Florist Dream will customize the product according to the preference of the customers.
Little Florist Dream will support the customers in case there is a change of design, prices will be re-determined based on the new chosen design.
All flowers are seasonal. Little Florist Dream is entitled to substitute secondary flowers and base leaves which are originally in the photo with other options within the same colour range.
In case Little Florist Dream cannot find the same focal flowers as promised with the customers, we will inform the customer via email/messenger/phone. Customers can choose other focal flowers with the same value. If the customers are not satisfied with any options, we will refund the paid amount of the product.
Little Florist Dream offers flower bouquet/basket customization with presents the customers brought to us (through meetup).
All flower designs are handcrafted according to our florist aesthetic approach, therefore, there will be differences in size, colour and arrangement. For any special request for modifying the product after completion, there is a service fee of $15 for reworking the product.
- Cancellation
Little Florist Dream reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to:
Violations of our terms of service
Disruptive or abusive behavior
Safety concerns
Technical difficulties
Little Florist Dream offers a full refund in case the order is cancelled 2 days in advance.
Little Florist Dream offers one-to-one exchange if the request is made within 12 hours, delivery fee may applied on case by case basis.
