What are the payment options available?

We offer multiple payment solutions for our customer:

  • PayNow (Preferred): Transfer to UEN: 202349614D, enter your order number in remarks
    • Mastercard / Visa & AMEX

    Where do you deliver to?

    We offer island wide delivery (except restricted/special zones).

    Restricted/Special Zones include:

    • Army bases
    • Jurong Island
    • Sentosa

    Do you offer pick up of flowers?

    Yes! You can pick up your flowers at Block 607 Jurong West St 65.

    What is your delivery fee?

    Delivery is free island wide for order above $60. For orders below $60, a flat fee of $15 will be charged during checkout.

    What is your delivery schedule?

    We offer delivery daily (including Sunday, with no additional charges) from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Delivery time slot is available for selection at cart page. There 2 delivery time slots to choose from for our delivery service:

    • 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
    • 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM 

    For any specific request of time within these time slots, an additional $15 will be charged on top of standard delivery rate if applicable.

    Do you do same day delivery?

    Yes, we offer same day delivery at no extra charges on top of standard delivery rates. Orders must be submitted by 2:00 PM for same day delivery orders. Orders will take minimum 4 hours for fulfillment. 

    What if the recipients are not in?

    In case there is no one at home within the delivery time slot, the deliverer can help to put the parcel at the doorstep and take a photo as proof of delivery. 

    In the case of delivery to Condominium, Office Building, Office Tower, Hospital, Hotel, Restricted Area, if the recipient is not in, the driver will leave the parcel at the guard house, security office, or receptionist where applicable. 

    If these places mentioned above are unable to hold the item for the recipient, a re-delivery attempt with charges will occur. 

    While we take great care in delivering your order, Little Florist Dream cannot be held liable for items lost after successful delivery to your doorstep, as evidenced by a photo.

    Do you charge for re-delivery? 

    This policy outlines the applicable charges for re-deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control.

    Charges: A re-delivery fee of $10-$20 will be applied in the following cases:

    • Incorrect Shipping Address: If the provided shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in a failed delivery attempt.
    • Incorrect Delivery Date: If the sender inputs an incorrect delivery date, leading to a failed delivery attempt.
    • Recipient Not Home/Uncontactable: If the recipient is not present to receive the parcel at the designated address and the delivery person is unable to leave the parcel or access the unit.
    • Change of Shipping Address: If the recipient requests a change of shipping address after the flowers have been dispatched for delivery.

    The exact re-delivery fee will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the re-delivery, including the distance involved and any additional services required.

    Please note: We recommend double-checking the shipping address and delivery date before placing your order to avoid additional charges.

    Do you offer international shipping?

    No. Unfortunately, we only ship domestically in Singapore. We appreciate your support and hope to expand our service overseas soon.
